Krafton is recruiting the 4th development team of ‘Special Project 2’ (hereinafter referred to as SP2), an incubating program that finds the fun of games with deep learning technology.

From today (14th) to August 7th, SP2 will concentrate on recruiting batch 4 for applicants who have experience in game development or have a will to make games. It is possible to apply in a team of a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6 people, and preference is given to those who have a high proportion of engineers in the team, or have experience in deep learning or launching in a team unit.

Batch 4 will repeat the process of autonomously discovering game ideas and implementing them through deep learning from September. When the fun of the project game in progress becomes visible, there is an opportunity to go through an internal process and be incorporated into the official production line.

Kim Min-jung, head of Krafton SP2, said, SP2 is a project that redraws the future of the game by combining deep learning technology with the essence of the fun of the game. He said.

SP2 is Krafton's unique incubation program led by Jang Byung-gyu, chairman of the Krafton Board of Directors. It started in 2020 to develop innovative and new games using deep learning, which has been spotlighted as the core of artificial intelligence technology.

It operates in batches, which is the same concept as riders, and operates in small teams of no more than 6 people in the batch. It provides an opportunity to create games autonomously and independently while learning deep learning for up to two years. It is characterized by active mutual growth through active interaction such as sharing problems and solutions in the game development process among teams within the same batch. to be.
